I have a running joke with my husband that I repeat each and every time I see a vacuum commercial trying to entice men to “buy mom a new vacuum cleaner” as a holiday gift or a tool commercial insisting that’s what dad wants. This is not what ANYONE WANTS! And I think its hilarious that these companies try to pawn off these devices used for doing chores as gifts – but there are suckers out there who will buy into it! No!!! We ladies want something that we can use that we are excited to use, like beauty products.

Over the years, and especially as we get older, beauty treatments and products become increasingly important to us women. I think I’ve been using Mary Kay TimeWise Age Fighting Moisturizer since I was in high school – in preparation for battling the wrinkles that are bound to be coming my way! Beyond the need, beauty products are just fun to give and receive –  especially whenever you get to introduce a loved one to a new product or brand that you know they will love.
