Okay friends, if you can’t tell, I’ve been working on some major self-improvement lately. I guess I’ve been feeling a bit of a shift since I turned 30 and had a new baby and something sorta awoke inside me, alerting me that I need take my daily wellness up a notch. I really do try my hardest to focus on beauty from the inside out, so as I mentioned before, this journey started with Whole30 and it’s moving forward from there. I also recently joined ClassPass (I’ve been working for them since June, it’s about time right?), to up my fitness game and get me out of the house. (You can click my link to try it for super cheap, too!) So now, I adding the Welleco Super Elixir to my daily wellness routine.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’re well aware of the growing popularity of Welleco Super Elixir, so after seeing it pop up a million times in my Facebook newsfeed, I wanted to try it out for myself – and then share my feedback with you all.

What is the Welleco Super Elixir?

Wellco is a newerish company founded by supermodel Elle Macpherson and a team of experts that creates uber luxurious products for both adults and kids to make sure their in optimum health everyday. The Welleco Super Elixir is their most popular item and is free from synthetics and made using cold-pressed bio live ingredients. The alkalizing green mixture has 4 different probiotics and focuses on a healthy gut, plus 45 key ingredients (such as kelp, pomegranate, turmeric, and all vera) that help restore your bodies pH levels.

What did I think of the Welleco Super Elixir?

First things first, you will open it up and instantly be put off by the green color and worry about the taste – seriously don’t worry about that. I mixed it in with my daily cup of coconut water (that I buy in bulk from Amazon)  And I promise that it actually tastes really good.

If you have gut problems, which I think these days most people are finding that they do, it’s really a great option because of the probiotic boost. I do take a daily probiotic still, but this helps to keep my digestive tract aligned even further. I really did like the outcome because after coming off of Whole30, though still maintaining mostly that lifestyle, it helped me still feel just as energized and my belly free of any bloating.

In addition, I do feel that it helped my skin clear up – which was a nice bonus. I don’t recommend taking it in the evening (neither do they) because you will feel an energy boost after taking a few days and won’t be able to fall asleep at night. I would say that anytime before 1pm is great, but recommend more in the morning.

Don’t start the super elixir and think that you’re going to see overnight changes, though. Just like anything vitamin or nutrient related, I would give it a week or so, but keep a diary of how you were feeling before and after because you will feel a change in your overall wellness.

I would love to hear about your experience with the Welleco Super elixir!

Fashionably Yours,

Allison
